HVACMarketingOntario.ca exists for one kind of client: an Ontario heating and cooling company that wants more of the right jobs from its marketing, planned for the region it actually serves. We are a Canadian digital marketing and business consulting service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We aren't a contractor. We don't install, repair or service anything, and we never compete with our clients for HVAC work.
Why this site is organised by region
Short answer: because the numbers that drive HVAC demand vary more across Ontario than most owners expect.
When we looked at Statistics Canada's heating and census data for Ontario, the differences were striking. Gas heats most homes in Thunder Bay and Brantford, but barely half of homes in the Toronto area. Row houses are one in five Ottawa homes and one in twenty in Toronto. Milton grew by a fifth between censuses; Sault Ste. Marie shrank. A single "Ontario HVAC marketing" package can't fit all of that, so this site and our work are built around regions. Our areas pages show the data for each.
The company behind the brand
Short answer: HVACMarketingOntario.ca is a Sedighi.ca brand, alongside HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital.
Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Besides this site, the Sedighi.ca stable covers HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital on the heating side, plus Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. Its sister firm SAZ.ca, short for Strategy & Acceleration Zone, advises Canadian companies on strategy, AI and revenue growth; Ali founded it and is its Managing Partner, and Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.
Together they form the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver that serves clients across the country. HVACMarketingOntario.ca is the group's Ontario-focused HVAC brand.

How we work
Short answer: data first, a written plan, monthly delivery and honest reporting.
- Start with your region. Population, growth, housing, heating fuel and the competitors who show up for your searches.
- Start with your numbers. Average job value, margin, close rate and crew capacity set the ceiling on what marketing can sensibly cost.
- Write the plan down. Which towns, which services, which seasons, which channels, and what we'll measure.
- Deliver monthly. Local SEO, ads, content and website work, depending on your plan.
- Report in booked jobs. Calls, texts and emails, then jobs and cost per job by region.
We don't promise rankings or lead counts. We promise a clear plan, real work and reporting you can check. And because we plan around each region's own data, the plan for a Kanata company won't look like the plan for a company in Welland, even when the services overlap.
What we won't do
Short answer: anything that puts your licences, reputation or Google standing at risk.
- Advertise work your TSSA registration or ESA licence doesn't cover.
- Create fake locations, fake reviews or copy-paste town pages.
- Quote rebate amounts without dates and links to the program.
- Keep your accounts hostage. Your website, domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay in your company's name.
Where to go next
Short answer: see what we offer, what it costs and what it has produced.
Browse the services, check pricing, or read the FAQ. If you'd rather talk it through, call, text or email and tell us which part of Ontario you serve.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns HVACMarketingOntario.ca?
It's one of the HVAC marketing brands of Sedighi.ca, Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, which sits within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies.
Are you an HVAC contractor?
No. We don't install, repair or service heating and cooling equipment, and we don't hold TSSA or ESA registrations. We market and advise the Ontario companies that do.
Why is an Ontario HVAC brand run from Vancouver?
The group is headquartered in Vancouver and serves clients across Canada. Marketing work happens on websites, search platforms and the phone, so location matters less than understanding each Ontario region's data, which is what this site is built around.
