Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Each one gets you to a senior strategist, not a call centre. The quickest way to a useful first conversation is to tell us which part of Ontario you serve, the jobs you want more of and what you're doing for marketing today.

What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

How to reach us

Short answer: call, text or email, whichever suits your day.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you'd like to talk it through now.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you're between jobs; we'll reply when you have a moment. A two-line text is plenty to get us started.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you'd like to send links, numbers or screenshots.

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. For Ontario, that's noon to 9 p.m. Eastern, which means you can usually reach us after your crews have wrapped up for the day. We usually reply within one business day.

What to include in your message

Short answer: five details let us start the review immediately.

  1. Your website address.
  2. The towns you serve. Be specific: "Kanata, Stittsville and Barrhaven" helps far more than "Ottawa area".
  3. The jobs you want more of. Furnace replacements, heat pumps, boilers, air conditioning, commercial service, maintenance plans.
  4. What you do now. Google Ads, local SEO, another agency, word of mouth, or nothing yet.
  5. Rough numbers, if you have them. Average job value, how many calls you get a month, and how many crews you run.

You don't need everything. A website and a list of towns is enough to begin.

What happens next

Short answer: a short conversation, the 7-day review, then a written plan.

  1. First reply. We confirm what you've sent and ask any missing questions.
  2. The 7-day free trial. We run a digital marketing audit, check your website's performance, analyse your SEO and benchmark you against the competitors showing up in your part of Ontario. No credit card.
  3. A plan for your region. We send a written recommendation: which towns and services to focus on, which channels, what it would cost on our pricing plans and what we'd measure.
  4. Your decision. If it makes sense, we start. If not, you keep the findings.

What we'll ask you on the first call

Short answer: a few practical questions about your business, not a sales script.

Expect us to ask how many crews and vans you run, how far they usually travel from the shop, which months are busiest, and which jobs you'd happily do more of. We'll also ask who answers the phone when it rings at 7 a.m. on a January morning, because even strong marketing fails if calls go to voicemail. If you work in more than one region, such as Hamilton and Niagara or the GTA and Durham, tell us which one matters most right now. What you share is used to prepare your review, nothing else.

Before you get in touch

Short answer: a few pages here will make the first conversation quicker.

  • Read the page for your region on our areas hub to see the data we'll start from.
  • Skim the services to see which one matches your biggest problem.
  • Check the FAQ for contracts, ownership and reporting.

About working with us

Short answer: we're a marketing and business consulting service, run from Vancouver, meeting Ontario owners by video call or in person.

HVACMarketingOntario.ca is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. We aren't a contractor and won't send anyone to your customers' homes; we plan, build and run your marketing and report on what it produces. Consultations happen by video call, in person, or by phone, text and email, and the work lives inside the accounts you own. If you're a homeowner looking for a furnace repair, please call a licensed local HVAC company instead; we can't book service calls.
