Monthly marketing plans

Short answer: three plans, from essentials to a full multi-channel program.

Plan Price What's included
Starter $2,998/month The essentials done properly: an SEO-ready site with service pages, your Google Business Profile and local SEO, a starter Google and Meta ads setup, hosting, upkeep and a report each month
Growth $4,498/month All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content work, paid ads across several channels, retargeting, a CRM connection, a review-generation routine and reports every week
Elite $8,998/month All of Growth, with video, PR outreach, your own account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call each month and reporting shaped to your business

Which plan fits which Ontario company

  • Starter suits a single-location company in one region, such as a Sudbury shop or a Burlington family business, that needs a solid site, map visibility and basic ads.
  • Growth fits a company competing in a busy southern market, or one pushing heat pumps hard, where content, review generation and multi-channel ads all matter.
  • Elite fits multi-region operators, for example a company covering both Hamilton and Niagara or the GTA and Durham, who need more reporting, strategy time and channels.

Websites

Short answer: one-time builds, with a monthly fee for hosting and care.

Package One-time price Ongoing Scope
Essential $3,500 $149/month hosting and maintenance 5–7 page custom website in 2–3 weeks
Professional $6,500 $249/month hosting, maintenance and CRO 10–15 conversion-focused pages in 3–4 weeks
Enterprise $12,500 $449/month full management Unlimited pages and locations in 4–6 weeks

The websites service page explains what goes into each build.

What drives your total cost in Ontario

Short answer: the plan is fixed; your region, season and goals set the ad budget.

Three things change what you'll spend overall:

  1. Competition in your region. A dense GTA suburb usually costs more per click than a smaller city. Our areas pages explain each region's market.
  2. Season. Ontario's heating and cooling peaks are when ads earn the most, so budgets rise then. See the marketing calendar guide.
  3. Capacity. There's no point buying more calls than your crews can handle.

A quick sanity check

If your average replacement job yields $4,000 in gross margin and the Growth plan plus a $3,000 monthly ad budget totals $7,498 before HST, you'd need roughly two extra replacement jobs a month just to cover it. If you already sell 15 replacements a month, two more is a modest goal; if you sell 3, it's ambitious. Run the same arithmetic with your own margin before you choose.

HST and payment basics

Short answer: Canadian dollars, plus 13% HST for Ontario clients.

The plan and website prices above are before tax, and Ontario clients add 13% HST at the CRA rate (checked 2026-10-23); your invoice shows the tax applied. Ad spend is separate: you pay the ad platforms directly through accounts in your company's name, so the billing history and data stay with you. If tax treatment matters to your budgeting, ask your accountant how it applies to your business.

How to choose without overspending

Short answer: start with the trial, fix the biggest leak, then scale.

  1. Take the 7-day free trial. It shows where your marketing is leaking.
  2. Pick the plan that fixes the biggest leak, not the one with the most features.
  3. Review after one peak season. Judge by booked jobs and cost per job, then move up or down.

Frequently asked questions

Do ad budgets come out of the monthly plan price?

Plan the two separately. The plan covers our work; what you pay Google or Meta for clicks depends on your region, season and goals, and we'll recommend a range once we've seen your numbers and competition.

Is there a setup fee or a long contract?

No lock-in. You can start with the 7-day free trial and then choose a plan. If the plan isn't earning its keep, you can stop.

Why might a GTA company spend more on ads than a northern one?

More companies bid on the same searches in dense southern markets, which pushes up the cost per click. A northern city may have less search volume but also fewer bidders. The plan price is the same; the ad budget that makes sense is not.

Do you charge extra for a second Ontario region?

The plans themselves don't change by region, but covering two regions properly means more pages, campaigns and reporting, which may point you to a higher plan. We'll say so plainly before you commit.

How is expansion planning priced?

It's quoted per project after a short scoping conversation, because the work depends on how many regions and services you want compared. Ask when you call, text or email.
